ALL-TEST Pro Updated Information Regarding Business

Over the weekend the CT Governor announced that all non-essential businesses should close at 8pm on Monday the 23rd March 2020.

ALL-TEST Pro is going to a 4-day work week effective, March 30. ATP will be closed on Mondays going forward until further notice. Tuesday through Friday, the office will be working remotely from home. Staff at the main office will be limited. Phone calls and emails are being answered and responded to very quickly so there should be no noticeable difference in service.

Affected Services that may incur more time include:

  • Repairs
  • Calibrations inhouse
  • Certified calibrations  
  • Shipments

ATP will be available via WebEx/GoToMeeting and phone for consultation for general business and product support Tuesday through Friday.

As the labor force shrinks at manufacturing plants worldwide, the need for ATP products increase. ATP provides quick results with answers to complicated questions that allows users to take immediate action at their facilities. We have sold a vast array of units around the world and have successfully remotely trained without having to meet in person. All work was and can be done remotely via WebEx/GoToMeeting and other video communications now and over the years.

Training:  All On-Site and Public Training has been placed on hold. We will continue to sell On-Site and Public Training and schedule when the pandemic has subsided.

Online Consultation: Available via WebEx/GoToMeeting for Sales and Technical Support. Support requiring more work will be billable at the hourly rate of $175/hour and in emergency situations, $300/hour.
