Motor Testing Instruments
Several of our easy-to-use models include intuitive integrated software, enabling users to perform testing and report on equipment trending and analysis with a single hand-held instrument. Models for deenergized motors provide early detection of internal winding faults for predictive maintenance, quality control and troubleshooting. Energized motor testing models provide immediate information about incoming power and mechanical and electrical health, as well as analysis of the driven load. Built-in memory allows for storage of test data for reference.

Research and Education
ALL-TEST Pro also takes an active role in electric motor system energy and reliability research. Key projects have included the first ever US Department of Energy Best Practices technology transfer project, including the coordination and co-funding of a reliability upgrade to the latest version of the US DOE’s MotorMaster Plus software (Dreisilker Electric Motors and Pruftechnic were co-partners) and designing the Electric Motor Performance Analysis Tool for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E). ALL-TEST also contributes and consults to EPRI, US DOE, university, utility and related electric motor energy and condition research projects as well as scheduled motor management and MotorMaster Plus training.
Motor Diagnostics Training
To complement our line of motor testing instruments, ALL-TEST Pro offers Motor Diagnostics Training Seminars where participants can learn to diagnose ALL electric motor systems and establish a predictive maintenance program. MCA seminars will teach you how to easily troubleshoot and carry out predictive maintenance analysis. ESA seminars will prepare you to evaluate many types of electric motor systems to improve the reliability and uptime of your plant.
