Comprehensive Power Quality and Motor Analysis
The ATPOL III™ power quality and electric motor analyzer is the most comprehensive electrical signature and power analysis instrument for AC/DC motors, generators, and transformers.
The ATPOL III™ electrical signature analysis (ESA) tool delivers superior AC diagnostics for the evaluation of your motor health, including electrical and mechanical rotor health, stator health, air gap, and the entire driven load, whether geared, bladed, or belted.
Accompanying ESA™ software for PC analyzes and reports on the electrical and mechanical conditions of the entire motor or generator system.
Use the ATPOL III for:
- Line frequency, running speed and pole pass frequency analysis
- Pattern recognition (stator slot and rotor bar fault frequencies)
- Automatic detection of static or dynamic eccentricity faults
- Evaluation of incoming power (including harmonics)

Complete Motor Health Assessment
The electrical health of all motor components is evaluated, including, but not limited to induction windings, rotors, DC field windings and armature, field and rotor coils in synchronous motors, primary and secondary windings in transformers, and all associated connections and cables.

Track, trend, and report on the condition of your plant’s motor assets. ALL-TEST PRO On-Line III™ ESA Software (for PC) enables you to manage your plant’s motors efficiently and easily.
Used in conjunction with the ALL-TEST PRO On-Line III™ to analyze and report both the electrical and mechanical condition of the entire motor or generator system, ESA software delivers superior AC diagnostics for the evaluation of the health of the stator (electrically and mechanically), rotor, air gap, and evaluates the entire driven load (belted, geared, bladed, etc).
In addition, ESA software provides excellent diagnostics for DC motors, generators and transformers.

Collecting energized testing data while a motor is under load requires an innovative solution to maintain operator safety.
The ALL-SAFE PRO® is a permanently installed connection accessory for the ATPOL III™ energized testing instrument. With this electric motor connection box, the ATPOL III™ can quickly and easily perform tests while the motor is energized and under load without the operator having to open the electrical panel.
Split-core current transformers (CT) for the 100A and 1000A versions of the ALL-SAFE PRO® make it unnecessary to disconnect motor phase leads when installing the current transformers – saving substantial time and money.
