Analyse de la signature du courant du moteur de la boîte de vitesses

Introduction

Noise and vibration were studied on a 7.5 hp, 1750 RPM, 575 Vac motor and its gearbox using the ALL-TEST PRO™ OL Motor Current Signature Analyzer (ATPOL). A dataset requiring less than one minute of data provided the necessary information. The number of rotor bars, stator slots, bearings, and gears was not available. This lack of information did not prevent the ATPOL from immediately identifying faults.

Discussion Although slightly loaded, the ATPOL automatically identified casting voids (Figure 1), an electrical fault in the stator (Figure 2), gear problems and identified the number of rotor bars (48) and stator slots (36).

Figure 3 shows the display of the automatic analysis in the ATPOL software.
